What sizing do you offer for the bracelets? 

Candyboo bracelets are available in either a mama or mini size. We have one standard size for each, based on how myself and my daughter wear them. 

We understand that wrists come in all sizes, and that everyone has different requests. All pieces are handmade and as such vary slightly making each one unique to the individual.

You can measure your wrist with a soft tape measure or a piece of string. Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist while maintaining contact with your skin all the way around, and then measure against a ruler. 

How should I care for my jewellery? 

All pieces are handmade so please be gentle with them. We highly recommend that you take your pieces off before taking a shower or before you go for a dip in the ocean. 

The seed beads, freshwater pearl and polymer clay pieces will hardly change in quality if worn in water, however the stretch, findings and clasps may tarnish quicker. 

With the stretchies it is best to carefully roll on and off the wrist. 

Why does my piece have a slight imperfection?

The products we use to create each piece are sourced locally and are mostly handmade. Therefore some may have small imperfections - but we feel this is what makes each unique and authentic. 

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, as all our items are lovingly handmade for you. We do understand that there may be circumstances where your order was not quite what you expected, if this is the case please reach out to us as soon as possible.

If your piece is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately with a short explanation, and we will make it right for you.
